Brayden enjoyed another year of playing baseball from April through June. This year he was on the Stars Instructional League.
He had a lot of fun this year and built on the lessons that he learned in tee ball last year. Coach Mike and the other coaches did a great job in teaching and encouraging the kids in the game.

At the very last game Brayden asked his coach if he could pitch. In instructional league the players can start to pitch, which tends to make the games much longer, but it also gives the players the opportunity to learn how to pitch. Much to my surprise Coach Mike let Brayden pitch to two players. He was sooooooo excited and I was soooooo proud!
All the players at the end of the season got a trophy, as well as Coach Mike shared a few words about each one and their season.
Until next season, he and Daddy will keep practicing and playing catch. I think we have a good ball player on our hands.
