Hollywood Studios...

After a day of rest after Magic Kingdom we hit Hollywood Studios with PaPa, MeMe, Aunt Michelle, Grace and Claire he drove up from Ft. Myers to spend a couple days with us. It was so great to be with them again.

When we got to the park Jason, Michelle, PaPa and the girls headed to Tower of Terror and then
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, which unfortunately was closed all day. MeMe and I took Brayden to transform him into the "Flash" for the day. He even got free touch-ups throughout the day in case anything smeared.

We spent the rest of the day enjoying shows and rides with the family.
Star Tours with Daddy
Muppet Vision 3D
PaPa and his granddaughters
Playing at Wandering Oaken's Frozen Snowground
PaPa & MeMe
FAVORITE!!! Frozen Sing-Along! Let It Go, Let It Go. We couldn't hold it back anymore!
Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set
Brayden loving these Oswald ears, his new favorite character.
Who is faster Lightning or the Flash?
Toy Story Mania, another favorite!

Brayden has become a HUGE fan of Walt Disney (the man) and his very first character, Oswald the Rabbit. Walt Disney lost the rights to his first cartoon character, Oswald, early in his career, but soon after he created Mickey. Brayden was thrilled to be able to walk through Walt Disney: One Man's Dream which is a multimedia gallery of rare artifacts from Walt Disney and the things he inspired. Disney in the last couple of years has purchased back the rights for Oswald so you may be seeing more of the "Lucky Rabbit" around Disney soon.

Our last stop at the end of the day was to the Animation Station where we got to meet a Disney Animator, as well as learn how step-by-step to draw Piglet from Winnie the Pooh. What do you think of our drawings?
Brayden's is to the left corner. Sarah's is in the middle.
I felt bad for Brayden. He was so excited to do the drawing, but isn't a big fan of Winnie the Pooh characters right now so he was reluctant to draw Piglet. After starting the drawing he made a mistake and the pencils we had didn't have erasers, nor does the animator stop to help you along you just have to keep going. Brayden ended up flipping his paper over on the other side and started over.  I think he did a really good job for his first time. He had a bit of a melt down after it was all over, disappointed in his drawing but I think the weariness of the day played a factor to.

I love these four. Growing up way to fast!
A fun day was had by all. We love our time with PaPa, MeMe, Aunt Michelle and the girls. It is always hard to say goodbye since we don't have a date to see Michelle and the girls again yet for 2015, which is why we cherish the times we get with them.
