Magic Kingdom...

Sarah and I think that there is something about Disney that is so "magical". You don't get the same feeling when you walk into Six Flags or Busch Gardens. Speaking at least for Sarah and I, we won't ever get tired of walking down Main Street and seeing the Cinderella's Castle.

Of course we were on a mission as soon as we got to the park. We had our day laid out and our Fastpasses scheduled and by the end of the day had done everything that we wanted to.

We arrived early to make sure we were there right when the gates opened and went straight to the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Fastpasses were gone over a month in advance and we heard the line was never less than 60 minutes. Riding it was doubtful. However, we were going to give it a shot. We got in line and were 75 people deep just to hear the loud speaker say that the ride was currently closed and they were not sure when they would be opening it. You could hear everyone waiting in line groan, but no one moved. I think we were all determined to wait it out and see what would happen. No more than 10 minutes later the ride was opening and we were singing "Heigh-Ho, Heigh-Ho, it's to the ride we go". Brayden didn't ride it, so Jason and I took a turn riding it with Sarah with the child swap policy they have. I am not a roller coaster girl, but I have to say I loved it! It was just my speed. We were thrilled to have had the chance to ride it, our determination paid off. I can't believe I didn't get any pictures, but things were moving to quickly and we were enjoying the moment of it all.

We spent the next bit of time in Fantasyland meeting Alice and the White Rabbit. Sarah got some advice from Alice on Tweedledee and Tweedledumb. Alice tried to show Sarah the silly way they shake hands. When Alice met Brayden she thought for sure his hat was made by the Mad Hatter. The White Rabbit was pretty quiet and didn't seemed hurried for time at all.

It was then off for some spinning at the Mad Tea Party, flying with Dumbo and meeting Goofy and Donald.
"How Do You Do and Shake Hands"
I love this picture! Who wouldn't love spending time talking to these two kids.
Ready to spin!
LOL! At least I got us all in it.
We love Dumbo!

Tomorrowland was up next with Fastpasses for Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin. Jason and Sarah rode Space Mountain, while Brayden and I did Buzz Lightyear which is more our speed. He and I enjoyed taking Zurg down. Tomorrowland Speedway gave Sarah and Brayden another chance at driving although Jason had to help B-bear as his legs weren't long enough for the gas or brake.
Hope in a few years I'm smiling like this when she is really driving.
Trying to get the boys in the back of us.

The boys let us head back to Fantasyland to meet Rapunzel and Cinderella. It was actually the longest line we waited in, 50 minutes. Sarah and Rapunzel talked hair, so I guess it was worth it.

We spent our afternoon eating lunch and walking through Frontierland and Adventurland. Jason and Sarah did Pirates of the Caribbean and Jason and I again took turns riding Big Thunder Mountain Railroad with Sarah. Brayden was a bit more timid on the rides this time, which we are hoping is a passing thing.

In the evening we met up with Tinkerbell and Mickey Mouse who now talks. Mickey talking was a surprise, but I guess it shouldn't be for Disney.
Awkward hug : )
Hi, Mom and Dad!

One of our favorite parts of the day was "Celebrate the Magic and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular". It is a light show takes place on Cinderella's Castle that shows different Disney classics with the music to go along with it. It was really beautiful. Then you have a fireworks show that only Disney could put on.
Brayden giving us his own light show.

By the end of the fireworks we still had time for one more ride. We chose to go to Enchanted Tales with Belle. It is an interactive show with Belle that retells her story in Beauty and the Beast. Guests get chosen to be the different characters and our sweet Brayden got chosen to be Chip, the little teacup. He was a little reluctant at first, but he did a great job playing his part.

We had a GREAT day at Magic Kingdom, so much fun being together.
