It has been over a month since I lasted posted, but I'm still here. Ready to pick up from where I left off.
This was a dream come true for our Lego boy. He has asked to go to Legoland for the last couple of years and we were finally able to grant his wish.

Laval (Chima) and Brayden |
The park was separated into different lands and the first one we went to was the Lego Kingdom. The first ride was Merlin's Challenge, which Brayden LOVED and rode 3 times. It was a train ride that was just Brayden's speed, fast but not to fast.
|
The Royal Joust was up next for our favorite Knight. |
Next we were off to the Land of Adventure. A lot of the rides were kid size, but we got to ride a few. This particular ride, Lost Kingdom Adventure, was definitely not Brayden's favorite ride. He wanted to get off as soon as we got on. It was basically a laser shooting game, but a bit scary for our boy, can you tell by his picture below? Can you tell how concerned we are for our boy?

Brayden riding the Safari Trek |
Lego City was the next land where we did a lot of schooling. First, Brayden and Sarah went to the Ford Driving School. It was really cute! They had to first go to a school and learn driver safety, then they got to hit the road for a 5 minute drive in their mini Lego car. Brayden enjoyed it so much that he want through the driving school twice.

Such a good student, focused on listening. |
|
Super Cool driver! She barely fits in the car. |
|
Hey Mom! Look, I'm driving! |
|
Jason and Sarah also went to Flying School. |
|
POW! Our "Dynamic Duo" met up with the original DD. |
|
Next was Boating School |
In Lego Technic land, Sarah and Brayden rode the Technicycle.
While waiting to see the Pirates Cove Water Ski Show Brayden traded a few of his own Lego Minifigures with a Model Citzen (Legoland Employee). While visiting Legoland anyone is able to trade minifigures with employees throughout the day. He made some good trades!
Miniland USA was pretty impressive. New York, Las Vegas, Kennedy Space Center, Washington, D.C., Pirates Cove were just a few of the theme areas. We loved the life size Star Wars figures, they weren't so mini.

Our Lady Liberty! |

Can't wait to see the real Eiffel Tower this coming July! |

Sarah's panoramic view. |
The highlight at the end of the day was meeting Emmet and Wyldstyle from the Lego Movie.
At the end of the day we were all tired and Brayden just had one last wish, to have his portrait drawn.
Brayden's favorite part of the day? Everything! Oh, and it was AWESOME!
